Bailey were approached by a boutique property investment company to design and implement the complete refurbishment of this first floor three bedrooms, two bathroom apartment within a grand Victorian building in Hampstead. Entrusted with complete autonomy we developed a design tailored specifically to a high net worth international clientele.
The property was fully refurbished and fitted out to provide an incoming purchaser with a complete turnkey solution. Key to the design was to retain as many existing features as possible, whilst successfully unifying the various finishes. Our development background and design ability has ensured the highest gross development value was achieved for our client.
